primosten resort - hgal
Primosten is a masterplanning project that I worked on at Hedley Greentree Architects Limited. Located on the Croatian coastline the resort is to cascade down the rocky terain towards a marina in the centre.
The project is designed to be constructed in three zones. The initial zone, once completed, is to fund the construction of the second and third zones. The resort is to consist of high density villas arranged in a Mediterranean village, luxury villas with private gardens, several condominium blocks, two hotels, retail areas, a sailing centre, restaurants, bistros and a large yacht marina.
A large amount of my time on this project was spent designing the high density villages, condominiums and compiling the CAD drawings for the documents submitted to the real estate companies investing in the project.
